Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

All items can be returned within 30 days, provided they are in their original condition. This includes defective, damaged, incorrect, or simply unwanted items. Exceptions include:

• Customized or personalized products
• Gift cards

Return Costs

We cover return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. For other returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at info@trustytee.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and, if applicable, photos showing any defect or damage.
3. Wait for our team to provide a return authorization and the correct return address.

Do not send items to the warehouse or shipping label address without approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange, we will ship a replacement item after your return is approved. Exchange shipping costs follow the same rules above (we cover shipping for defective/damaged/incorrect items).

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders enter production and cannot be canceled. To request a cancellation, email info@trustytee.com.
