Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, but returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size, color, or design
- Personal preferences
To Start a Return:
- Contact us at info@trustytee.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the defect or incorrect item.
Do not send any returns to our warehouse address or any address associated with your shipping label. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded. We will provide the correct return address upon approval of your return request.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there’s any defect, damage, or if you received the wrong item.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange over a refund for an eligible return, let us know when you contact us and we will work with you to provide a replacement item.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at info@trustytee.com. After this window, orders enter production and cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
- Once we’ve received and inspected your return (if required), we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
- If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.
