- Free Shipping on all U.S. orders.
- Flat Rate International Shipping: $19.99 USD.
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and chosen shipping method.
Returns & Refunds
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size, color, or design
- Personal dislike of the product
Because all products are made to order, returns are only accepted if:
- Your item is defective
- Your item arrives damaged
- You receive the wrong item
To request a return for an eligible issue:
- Contact us at info@trustytee.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the defect or incorrect item.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions, including the correct return address.
Do not send any returns to our warehouse address or any address associated with your shipping label. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
Refunds & Exchanges
- If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
- We may also offer an exchange for the same or a similar product, if you prefer, and if the item qualifies under our return policy.
- Processing can take up to 10 business days after approval. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
- Contact us if you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange over a refund for an eligible return, let us know when you contact us and we will work with you to provide a replacement item.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, orders go into production and cannot be cancelled.
